1 Scope
All deliveries and the associated services are based exclusively on the following terms and conditions. Deviating regulations are contradicted. Deviations from these terms and conditions require the express written approval of the seller.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The seller's offers are non-binding and subject to change. They represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods from the seller. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The acceptance by the seller takes place with the sending of an order confirmation.
3. Prices
All prices mentioned include the applicable statutory value added tax and packaging and shipping costs.

4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, the purchase price is due for payment without any deduction within fourteen days of receipt of the invoice by the buyer. If the buyer defaults on his payment, the seller is entitled to demand default interest of five percentage points above the respective base rate from the relevant point in time. The seller reserves the right to provide evidence of higher damage.
5. Right of withdrawal (cancellation policy)

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods or in the case of a contract for several goods that you place in a single order have ordered and which will be delivered to you separately from the day; on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. by e-mail) of the receipt of such a cancellation.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheap standard delivery we offer have) to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
