WS-Anti-Zinc Paste is a coating material for the coating of steel parts that need to stay zinc-free during hot-dip galvanizing. WS-Anti-Zink Paste is pasty, acid-resistant and heat-resistant due to specially selected pigments and fillers. The material is ready for brushing and is also ideal for thick-walled components with a longer residence time in the zinc bath. A second coat also reliably protects threaded bolts. In addition, a sharp demarcation of the areas to be covered without infiltration is possible.

Surface preparation: All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from contamination (corrosion and scale).
Application: After intensive stirring, apply a thick layer of the product with a brush. Ensure good edge coverage. Apply a second coat after 12 hours at the earliest . If necessary, a correction of the viscosity by small addition of WS synthetic resin thinner KV657 is possible.
Drying Time:
Dust dry: approx. 120 minutes
Touch proof: approx. 4 hours
Completely dry: approx. 12 hours
Oven drying: Forced drying is up to max. 60 ° C possible.
