High zinc-containing zinc/aluminum spray for the repair of damaged areas on hot-dip galvanized parts, with suitability test according to DIN EN ISO 1461 from an independent testing institute.

Surface preparation: The corrosion protection depends on the chosen quality of surface pretreatment. It should be as metallic clean as possible according to ISO 8501. All substances that affect adhesion to the underground have to be removed. The substrate must be dry, free of dust and grease.
Application: Shake the can vigorously until the mixing balls move freely. Clean the parts like mentioned above and spray several layers at a distance of 15 – 20 cm. In accordance with EN ISO 1461, the dry film thickness of the repair coating should be 100 μm. For several coats, allow 1 – 2 minutes drying time.
