It is possible to reach 120 μm layer thickness on vertical surfaces with one operation using WS-Zink® Spray 80/81. Corresponds to DIN EN ISO 1461. WS-Zink® 80/81 is excellently corrosion-resistant against atmospheric influences. The outstanding protective effect is based on the electrochemical behavior of the metallic zinc dust, which first oxidizes in an aggressive atmosphere due to its less noble structure compared to iron and then effectively protects the underlying iron structure.

Surface preparation: Thoroughly derust and degrease the surfaces. The subsoil must be dry, free of dust and grease. All substances that affect adhesion to the substrate have to be removed.
Application: Shake the can vigorously for about 30 seconds before spraying. Spray at a distance of 25 – 30cm crosswise. For several coats, allow 1 – 2 minutes drying time.
