1 component zinc dust primer. WS-Zink® A 6005 has approx. 95% pure zinc dust in dry film. When the surface has been sandblasted first, it is particularly suitable for heavy corrosion protection.

Surface preparation: Contaminants which have a damaging effect on the paint or impair the adhesion to the surface must be removed. The surface must be clean, free of grease and dry. All rust and oxidation points must be removed. Sandblasting Sa 2,5 according to EN ISO 8501 is recommended and is the basic requirement for a coating system according to EN ISO 12944.
Application: The processing can be done by brushing, rolling, conventional or airless spraying. Stir well before use. Please note the product data sheet!
