WS-Zink® PUR 900
WS-Zink® PUR 900 is an active corrosion protection spray with particularly good conductivity during spot welding and can be recoated well with commercially available paints. Corresponds to DIN EN ISO 1461. The corrosion protection depends on the chosen quality of surface pretreatment. The surface should be as metallic pure as possible in accordance with EN ISO 8501.
Container size: 400ml
Surface preparation: Thoroughly derust and degrease the surfaces. The subsoil must be dry, free of dust and grease. All substances that affect adhesion to the substrate have to be removed.
Application: Shake the can vigorously for about 30 seconds before spraying. Spray at a distance of 25 – 30cm crosswise. For several coats, allow 1 – 2 minutes drying time.
