WS-Zink® Repair Paint 108 is a zinc / aluminum paint, suitable for repairing galvanized components on the building site or in the workshop. The epoxy resin ester binder in combination with metallic zinc and aluminum pigmentation ensures good corrosion protection even in an aggressive atmosphere. The adhesion to iron or zinc -surfaces is good.

Surface preparation: The corrosion protection depends on the chosen grade of surface pretreatment. Good pre-treatment increases the service life of the paint system to be applied. All surfaces which have a damaging effect on the paint or impair its adhesion to the surface must be removed. The surface must always be metallically bright, dry and free of dust and grease. Also note the condensation caused by temperature fluctuations.
Application: The processing can be done by brushing, conventional or airless spraying. Stir well before use
Drying time:
Dust-dry: approx. 15 minutes
Touch proof: about 45 minutes
Completey dry: about 2-3 days
Productiveness: Approx. 250 g / qm results in approx. 80my layer thickness
